Works great. Better instructions needed when first beginning to install bottom unit with sand, etc...... Heats our back patio nicely.
Update as of December 10, 2012. Unit does not work properly. Flame constantly dies. Possible bad ignitor. Can't believe this happened at the holiday season. Now i do not have a heater that stays lit.
